Available below are software updates for various CAPA programs. Most of
these files have been compressed, so you will need to unzip them.
- Rater version 1.82
- Rater 65k
- Rater_A 65k
- Rater_E 73k
- Rater_P 49k
- Rater_W 68k
- Rater_AE 72k
- Rater_EP 58k
- Rater_EW 75k
- IScanVersion 3.6 34k
- Rater Docs and version notes. 60k
- Filters 52k dated September 18, 2002
- Here is the current Rater program.
When downloading, get both a Rater and IScan, since they are
matched programs. These are UNBRANDED versions, which means that
they will run in demo mode until they are branded. Branding can
be done on-site; contact CAPA to find out how.
We are currently supporting 8 different versions of Rater. You
only need one. Contact CAPA to determine which one you
need.
Please be aware that Rater, by itself, will not do anything
useful. You need the rate tables, various editors, a capture
program, the proper Rater filter, and so on before you will get
a working call accounting system.
- CAMR Version 3.03/1.64 59k
CLEAN_E Version 2.72_E 56k
- Here is a recent version of CAMR version 3 (commonly called
CAMR_E.) The current version is 3.05/1.66. This is an UNBRANDED
program, which means it will run in demo mode until it is
branded.
Please be aware that CAMR, by itself, will not do anything
useful. INNKEEPER or ALONE use it to handle the calls for
their call accounting systems.
CLEAN_E is the CAMR_E version of CLEAN. CLEAN and CLEAN_E are
maintenance programs for CAMR and CAMR_E respectively.
- AVAILFIX Dated Dec 28, 1999 17K
- This is the file INNS01A.EXE for INNKEEPER version 3.05.204.
It is a fix for the block reservation availability bug.
The file, AVAILFIX.ZIP, should be unzipped in the INNKEEPER
directory. Make sure that the write protection for the current
INNS01.EXE is turned off first.
- InnC104 Dated Jan 4, 2000 22k
- This is a Y2K file for Innkeeper 2.05.xxx with call accounting.
The manually entered calls would not accept a 2000 date.
Unzip this file in the INNKEEPER directory. For networked
systems, make sure that the write protection for the current
INNC104.EXE is turned off first.
- INNC103.ZIP for Innkeeper 3.05.200-3.05.204 Dated January 2, 2001 59k
INNC103.ZIP for Innkeeper 3.05.205-3.05.2xx Dated January 2, 2001 59k
- This is a fix to the call accounting reports module. Some of the
call accounting reports had 19 (as in the year 1900) embeded in
some of the titles. This fixes that problem.
Unzip this file in the INNKEEPER directory. For networked
systems, make sure that the write protection for the current
INNC103.EXE is turned off first.
- Innsys.ptr 3KB
- This file needs to be copied to the X:\Inn\Data directory
- Innm13.zip 63.9KB
- This is a update to the night audit reports module.
Unzip this file in the INNKEEPER directory. For networked
systems, make sure that the write protection for the current
Innm13.exe is turned off first.
- Rrqalign.zip 21.4KB
- For use with Innkeeper version 400.401 and later.
- GH mod 1 Dated Jan 14, 2000 553k
GH mod 2 Dated Jan 14, 2000 590k
- ** THESE FILES ARE PASSWORD PROTECTED **
This isn't a patch so much as a different way of doing things.
Please be aware that these patches are old, and won't work with
the latest versions of Innnkeeper.
The "old" way of doing a guest history search was a single-pass
based on the first 4 letters of the name. Starting in January
2000, the search was changed to a two-pass method, also based on
the first 4 letters of the name. This was done at the request of
some sites who wanted it to improve performance.
Unfortunately, a lot of other sites liked the old search method
better. These files are for sites who want to go back to the old
search method. They do have another change: they do a search
based on the first 6 letters of the name instead of the first 4.
Hopefully, that will help improve the performance of the guest
history search.
Unzip these files in the INNKEEPER directory. For networked
systems, make sure that the write protection for the current
files are turned off first.
June 2001:
The current method is to search by 6 characters in a single pass,
but there is a setting in the SETUPINN.INI that allows you to
define how many characters to search by (1-25).
(Now the programmer-in-charge says that the double-pass method
was implemented in 1998, and in January 2000 the change was from
4 to 6 characters.)
