The CTX and DK models of Toshiba do not offer Hospitality features on the phone system itself. Therefore you must purchase an special integration software in order to have these systems perform the desired extension control as well as wakeup calls.

The integration between the DK and CTX phone systems, and InnCTX, provides automated access control during check in, and room moves, based on the payment type on the folio. Additionally, this integration also programs each room phone with the guest name. Check outs turn off the room phone and changes the display from the guest name to room number only. The InnKeeper provides a user report that maintains the current situation for every guest phone.
The InnKeeper systems also features housekeeping tracking that includes “MAID START” and “MAID FINISHED” with time started, time finished, and length of time in the room. The WAKEUP system built into InnKeeper also offers superior wakeup services that include wakeups for entire stay, single wakeup entry for an entire group, and multiple wakeups for the same day …. A great feature for crews.
