Standalone Modules
InnKeeper features some standalone modules that enable properties to provide limited selected operations for different profit centers located on the property. The following are available at this time.
Housekeeping Module
The "Housekeeping" module enables the housekeeping manager/staff to view room status, update the system when they clean rooms, as well as manage the special inventory in and out of guest rooms.
This Housekeeping module, in conjunction with the Room Folio popup, the CLEANING LOG generated by InnKeeper, along with the printed STAYOVER, DEPARTURE, and ARRIVAL lists, provides the housekeeping staff with a very powerful software tool to:
in a much more efficient manner and automatically provide the Front Desk staff with a current housekeeping status on their terminals.
Posting Module
This "Posting" module for InnKeeper can be installed on any PC that is connected to the main server to enable staff at any part of the property to post charges to guest folios. In conjunction with the Room Folio pop up, staff in the property's:
that are provided with this module can verify guest name, credit limit and form of payment by entering the room number. They are also provided a scripted posting process to post any associated charge(s) to that folio. Clerk ID and node tracking is built in.
Audit trails for these departments are provided for staff, shift, and night audit purposes.
Reservation Summary (Windows Only)
A Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP module that enables management and reservation staff to view and sort reservation information in the system. This utility manages both the single and group/block reservation for any day, or any date range entered.
This utility provides on screen display, with scrolling, to view all detail for the reservations sorted/listed reflecting the date range selected. This module will sort single and group/block reservations as follows:
This utility provides various sorting functions including sorts by the date that reservations were initially made. Displayed reservations always display CLERK ID, as well as date and time info.
Management Summary (Windows Only)
A powerful Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP module that sorts and displays financial and occupancy related information for your current year, last year, as well as a budget capability. The utility provides statistics, percentages and comparisons on screen for a variety of categories:
View daily and month to date information with MTD and YTD comparisons. DAY by DAY information can also be displayed and includes daily revenues, daily receipts for such activities as credit card reconciliation.
