CONTRACT SCOPE
CAPA’s support is limited to support of CAPA provided software only and does not include hardware. DOS/WINDOWS support, unless directly related to the Innkeeper or lnnManager operation, is not included. Hard disk restoration, support re-installing the InnKeeper/InnManager, or to move the InnKeeper/InnManager software to another hard disk/computer, are not included in the 800 support services. The assistance for restoration services will only be provided during normal working hours and CAPA reserves the right to charge for these services, if services are requested by an employee of the property. REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS We would also like to let you know that the Remote Access Diagnostic system supplied with your system enables CAPA to dial into your PC via modem to service the software, diagnose your hardware, or to demonstrate features and functions. This capability can be a real lifesaver in case of a serious problem. If you purchased your InnKeeper prior to this software being included with our software, you can purchase it for $50.
