MULTIED POP UPS

CAPA has designed a special set of utilities for front desk and management staff use which enable users to access InnKeeper guest, travel agent and reservation related data from any PC on the associated network, but without necessarily being logged on as a user on the InnKeeper system itself.

These utilities can be installed on DOS/Windows/NT computers in any combination that a hotel would like. The main features of these pop ups are:

 

 

FOLIO POP UP - Display any current guest, with complete folio detail, by name or room number. The last guest in any room can also be accessed, with full detail, by room number or name as well.

Current detail is available for any room, incidental, or direct bill folio. Folio detail is displayed both as a summary of charges, as well as with all transactions on file, to provide staff with on-line tools for dealing with guests and accounts.

This pop up also displays room status and room type category. This is a VIEW ONLY Pop up.

 

 

GUEST HISTORY POP UP - View the guest history record for any guest profile in the system. This pop up provides a complete profile of the guest, as entered by staff, as well as automated updates related to frequency of stays, date of last stay, and the details of the last stay.

These Guest History profiles maintain rate, package, guest segment, and market source, as well as Credit Card info, that automatically link to reservation and walk in functions. Accordingly, this Pop Up can be installed with Edit/Create/Delete CAPABILITIES to further enhance operations and profile updates.

 

 

TRAVEL AGENT POP UP - Provides staff access to Travel Agent info on file, by Name or IATA #, with address detail, as well phone numbers, contacts, and the commission rate established, displayed in the pop up window.

The TA utility also tracks the performance of the TA, as well as revenue/commissions. This pop up can also be installed with Edit/Create/Delete CAPABILITIES so that staff with the pop up can add, edit, or delete TA records.

 

 

RESERVATION POP UP - View single, group/block, and cancelled reservation records from any terminal with full screen display of the entire reservation file, with full detail, including CLERK ID, and the date and time of the last entry. Just enter a few letters of the last name or group name to find the reservation desired.

Any active reservation can also be located by entering the confirmation number, and cancelled reservations can be displayed by entering the cancellation number. This is a VIEW ONLY Pop up.

 

 

These pop ups can be installed on terminals as a complete package featuring all 4 of them, or any selected combination of pop ups, or installed as a single selected pop up on a terminal. No CLERK ID or AUDIT TRAIL capabilities are built into the pop ups with EDIT capability if the EDIT mode is activated.
