The TA Tracker can be implemented to be manually processed by staff, or to link automatically to the TA file during check out.

The Source/Media/Location research utility is a standalone utility that accesses and researches selected InnKeeper data files, via a user menu that facilitates entry, and storage, of:

• Guest codes
• Reference field data
• Area codes
• Zip/postal codes
• Names
• Company names

for the purpose of researching the data to determine the frequency of events.

This Source/Media/Location research utility will research data in:

• Reservations by date and range
• Guest Histories by date and range
• Check out audit files for today
• Check in audit files for today
• The Room file for today

and report the frequency for each event for the today, or range of days selected, and the search criteria entered.
