InnKeeper features 6 special WINDOWS programs that can run, and access, InnKeeper data from any terminal with network to the InnKeeper server. In some situations, some of these programs can even work with selected data emailed directly to a PC, or to a FTP site.

First of all, 4 of the programs help with the daily management of the property. The RoomStat and RESVCAL programs provide room status and reservation status in new formats and sorting formats. RoomStat can also assist with Maid/Room Cleaning management.

ROOMSTAT even features 31 Day replay.
Special sorting by room type and room status built in. Also can provide customized cleaning logs.

RESVCAL features monthly calendars with the latest situation regarding reservations, and pre-assignments. FIT management, reservation sorting, and forecasting is built in.

Secondly, 2 other programs assist you with your market tracking and guest sorting.

The InnMKT program enables you to track Market Segments, Reservation Sources, as well as Companies.

MARKET CD provides you with the functions to sort and count your Guest History profiles for such items as ZIP/Postal codes, area codes, company names, as well as stay details.

The HISTUTIL features the management of expanded Guest History reporting, as well as the capability to list and sort your Guest Profiles on record.

Other programs and functions built into these programs assist you with your daily operations related to room and reservation management.

The Room Assignment displays provides you with the functions to sort rooms by type, by status, and reserved. This function is built into RESVCAL, ROOMSTAT, as well as the PREASSIGN module.

The Room Reserved display provides you with the capability to view the rooms booked by room type, as well as the number of rooms available and rooms out of service.
