Guest printing and faxing are an option available with the InnConnect solution. IMAGINE …. Guests, with the front desk controlled user code, can print print and fax from the room. The billing is automatic for color and mono printing through a special interface between InnConnect and the RICOH copier/fax/scanner/printer units we offer for this solution.
The InnConnect system issues the guest a code to control and bill, and also installs this code on the RICOH unit, then provides InnConnect with the print jobs by user automatically. All printing and faxing is billed to the folio without front desk staff intervention. The InnConnect also features automated billing for copies and faxes performed by front desk staff …. Staff just enter the user code for that guest and the system will do the counting, and billing to the associated folio, automatically.
The eHospitality Kiosk’s feature software that controls log on based on room information and will bill the room for each access. The Kiosk software system also cleans up the Kiosk so that subsequent users do not experience the previous users visitations. With the InnConnect guest printing option, Kiosks can be setup for printing and the system will bill for the print jobs to the room of the guest who logged on.
