eHospitality offers the CARS Call Accounting solutions for every
situation. Calls are sent to our Innkeeper system, or may be exported
to your property management system/front desk software. CARS can also
be installed to export Maid activity, High Speed billing, and even PPV
movie billing.
You can install CARS as a standalone Call Accounting providing any
small hospitality property or business operation the ability to manage
long distance calls. It can also manage incoming calls with Caller ID.
The CARS system can also be bundled with the DuVoice voicemail system
to provide you with a call accounting system that will operate either
as a standalone system or as an system that will export to your front
desk system.
Call export may be done via serial cable or may be exported as a file.
CARS will support USB to serial integration, as well as USB to serial
export to your PMS.

CARS interfaces easily with state-of-the-art phone systems, featuring SMDR/CDR,
to store all incoming (if desired) and outgoing (local calls optional) calls
to a hard disk as they are completed for either on-line rating, or for batch
processing at a later time when it is convenient for you.
CARS is a menu driven system that will rate your calls using user maintained
rate tables, and provide you with flexible menus and functions to assist
you with the management of your call traffic for tracking and/or billing
purposes.

CARS does not require a dedicated PC. CARS will operate on your Local
Area Network (LAN) terminal, store the calls on the hard disk, and process

Hard disk space is the most important criteria to ensure you do not become
restricted because of disk space for call storage. Allow at least 30 megs
for CARS with 12 months of calls for 50 extensions; and 60 megs for 150
extensions.
