He took his experience as the Development Manager with the USN and
the CAF and started a software company to develop products for PCs.
Mr. Lozinsky is the head of CAPA's software research and
development. He has been with the company since 1987, coming to
CAPA directly out of university. His specialities are with call
accounting and interfaces -- in fact, with anything not
directly involved with the InnKeeper program.
Mr. Gillespie is the senior programmer/analyst when it comes to
InnKeeper and the associated private lables.
Mr. Peters is an experienced Project Coordinator who came to
CAPA to manage the AT&T installs.
A Royal Bank employee who ended up as the staff administrator
and bookkeeper, as well as the sales coordinator.
She's handling our InnConnect high-speed internet support at
hotels, as well as training and coordinating the transfer of
support resourses from Orange County to Saskatchewan. In her
spare time, she wanders around our office organizing things.
Our man in Newfoundland. Not only does he sell and install
InnKeeper systems, he has used it at the
BAIE VISTA INN
since 1987.
Sue Lavato is a member of the CAPA US marketing, support
and training team. Sue has worked with InnKeeper for over
seven years at one of our client properties. In fact, she
was at a property that featured three InnKeepers running on
a single network, interfacing to a single Toshiba DK424
phone system, as well as the InnKeeper/Esna Voice Mail. She
brings this extensive experience of managing the entire front
desk to CAPA and eHospitality so we can enhance our support
and training services to our existing and future clients.
Philip is a regular member of our programming team. He does
tricky things like making wedges for printer drivers, as well as
more mundane things like making windows utilities for InnKeeper.
An assortment of training, techs, programmers and support staff.

He's the one that started it all, and idea man on the design side.
He decides what is built and how it looks. You'll also likely see
him on-site doing installations.

Mr. Lozinsky holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
degree, and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree,
both from the University of Saskatchewan.

Born in Saskatchewan, he learned to program in Hamilton, then got
his practical experience in Montreal. He has been in charge of
InnKeeper programming since 1990.
Stuart is no longer with the compary.

He's also sometimes the man on the road, or when at home, one of
the guys you will talk to with your support questions. You'll also
see him on-site doing installations. He's been working with
InnKeeper users since 1989.
John had retired. He's back!

She definitely is the best looking of the bunch and is the best
on the phone. (Her husband wrote this entry.)

She is also the keeper of the Gnomes. (Yes, we have Gnomes.)



A graduate of SIAST/Kelsey and a self-taught programmer from his
pre-teens, he is proficient in Quick Basic, Visual Basic, C, and
web based programming. He's also a great techie!

Of note ... a 24/7 manned support center in Orange County
employed to man three 1-800 line systems for marketing, InnKeeper
and PC support, and the InnConnect Guest high speed support.
Additionally, we have contract people and student programmers who
perform small software tasks for the company.
